A representative from Human Resources will provide you an overview of the required documentation.聽 This documentation should be completed by the employee and the employee鈥檚 medical provider.聽Once the completed documentation has been received, the Office of Human Resources will conduct an assessment of the documentation and the ability of the College to provide reasonable accommodations, and will guide the employee on next steps.聽
